DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request that your Map Maker account and associated data are deleted, email us at contact@rollestudios.com with the subject line Map Maker Account Deletion Request.

Please include all of the following so we can verify and process your request:

1. The email address linked to your Map Maker account (Google or Apple sign-in email)
2. Your display name in Map Maker (if you set one)
3. A short confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted

You may also use any in-app account deletion option if shown in Map Maker settings. Email requests are always accepted.

2. What Data Is Deleted

When we process a verified deletion request, we permanently delete:

• Your Map Maker account record and authentication identifiers
• Your email address, display name, and profile avatar URL associated with the account
• Maps and project files you published to the Map Maker community feed
• Community interactions tied to your account (such as likes), where stored on our servers
• Website waitlist or beta signup records associated with the same email, if you ask us to remove them

3. What Data May Be Kept

• Local device data: Maps, drafts, exports, and other files stored only on your phone or tablet are not deleted by us. Uninstall Map Maker or delete those files yourself from device storage.
• App Store / Play Store purchases: Subscription and purchase records are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel Creator Pro through your store account settings; we do not store payment card details.
• Anonymized diagnostics: Crash or performance logs that cannot identify you may be retained for app stability.
• Legal retention: We may keep limited records when required by law (for example fraud prevention or resolving a dispute), for only as long as necessary.

4. Processing Time

After we verify your request, your account and associated community data are permanently purged within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete, or if we need more information to verify ownership of the account.
